MyBox smart parcel boxes are private lockers, meaning the owner places them at their property for receiving their own deliveries. There are two main types of parcel lockers: Electric lockers with smart features and simpler mechanical lockers. The concept of use is the same in both cases: The courier places the package inside, and the owner can pick it up anytime that is convenient for them.
The MyBox mobile application can be used with parcel lockers that have smart features, which require a power supply and a Wi-Fi connection. You can find in the product specifications whether a specific model is compatible with the MyBox application.
Generally, a professional is not required for the installation and setup of the parcel lockers. The installation includes securing the lockers to the ground or wall, and for smart models, electrical wiring and Wi-Fi configuration. If you would like to use our installation service, you can request it during the ordering process. The installation is carried out with the help of our partners.
